Safety at Steam-Est starts at the top and is mentored throughout. The necessary tools, procedures, safe environment, and equipment are consistent throughout our work sites. Workers gain the necessary skills and proper tools that are required to perform the task at hand safely. Our field management is never more than a step away providing mentorship and assistance when required. Our HSE is designed around our scope of work because we are not a generic company. Our manual is a living document, as we believe, we never stop learning as safety is ever evolving.
